A completely different approach to safety and health training. It’s an engaging, fun, jargon-free programme based on what people really need to know. This one-day course is available face-to-face. We offer a single full day course, or the option for two evening sessions.

First Aid at Work Level 3
Course Content
- Roles and responsibilities of the first aider.
- How to assess an incident and recognise signs and symptoms of injury and illness.
- Skills in CPR and use of an AED.
- Assisting a casualty with chest injuries, spinal injuries and anaphylaxis.
- Correct use of auto-injectors.
